THE UNFOLDING EVENTS OF 2020 HAVE TAKEN THEIR TOLL ON SO MANY OF US BRINGING SIGNIFICANT CHALLENGES TO OUR MENTAL, SPIRITUAL AND EMOTIONAL WELL BEING. THIS SERIES OF SESSIONS OFFERED BY THE HAVEN+LONDON WILL GIVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE OUR EXPERIENCES OF THE LAST FEW MONTHS AS WELL AS EXPRESS HOPES AND DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE THROUGH THE PROCESS OF MAKING ART.

The evenings are warm and informal with plenty of art materials provided and space to create and engage in conversation or in silence. People with any amount of
creative expertise and experience and those with none at all are all welcome into this inclusive space.

Together we will explore the process of art making as a healing and enriching activity, grounding us in our bodies and enabling us to express thoughts and feelings that may be impossible to put into words. Each session will stand alone so feel free to attend as many as you are able.

7.30 – 9.30 pm St Pancras Church, Euston Rd, Bloomsbury, London NW1 2BA
23 September – 7 October – 21 October – 4 November – 18 November
